We wouldn’t use any other agent as all of the KFH staff are extremely professional, but also really friendly. They are always responsive to any emails/calls and give feedback on every viewing, which you would thInk would be standard practice for all agents, but we have used other agents before and their service levels were no where near as high as KFH.
