- Vivienne Johnstone Review added: 2018.03.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered sample wallpaper from a variety of companies via Brewers of Bromley over 4 weeks ago. Having not received any, I then queried it in the store 9 days ago and was assured they would be reordered. Having again not recieved any samples I phoned to find out what has happened as we are keen to get going with decorating.
I was dealt with by a woman with a very superior, almost irritated demeanour who stated all they could do was reorder them (again). No apology and felt like I had received a ticking off. Very poor customer care. Who knows if I will get them. In the meantime I will go elsewhere and see if I can get a better service.
